INFORMATION REGARDING CHANGES IN POLICY

From time to time our policies may change without prior notice. It is advised that the customer check this page to understand baszicare’s most up-to-date policies. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they read and fully understand any updated policies on this page.

This page contains information regarding returns and refunds. Please read this information carefully as customers seeking returns or refunds may be required to submit documentation in a timely manner. Information that is not submitted by the customer in a timely manner may not be eligible for return or refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with this information. baszicare is not responsible for propagating the information contained on this page. Please read the information on this page before placing an order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed on the baszicare.com website are shipped within 3 to 5 business days once received, excluding weekends and holidays. All customer orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Tracking numbers and shipment notifications are provided by the courier when orders are picked up at the warehouse. Signatures will be required for all apartment and condo addresses.

International customers are responsible for all customs and duties in their respective countries.

RETURNS

We believe you will love our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, due to the high cost of manufacturing these products, which includes a wide selection of high quality, pure actives from the planet’s ecosphere, baszicare cannot accept returns that have been opened, used or damaged. We do not offer a money back guarantee.

If you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions, please be sure to test your product on a small area of your wrist for 2 to 3 days before using the product on your face. baszicare cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions to our products and therefore cannot be held responsible should any occur.

In the event you change your mind you may return your entire order, or selected items, within 14 days of delivery on the condition that items purchased on baszicare.com are in their original condition and packaging (sealed, unopened and undamaged). 

Items you must include with your returned product(s) include: sealed samples, proof of purchase and RMA form, otherwise your return will not be accepted. To start a return please contact customerservice@baszicare.com.

Shipping costs for the return of products are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be processed in 7 to 14 business days from receipt of package. baszicare has sole discretion to determine the condition of a returned product.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide tracking information if a dispute arises about confirmation of return. baszicare does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RMA form.

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our standards will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your baszicare account or future orders being refused.

We also monitor for other forms of fraud, including fraudulent claims about not receiving shipments when customers have, in fact, received the shipments.

baszicare reserves the right to update its return policy at any time without prior notice.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If after placing an order you change your mind, you are free to cancel the order as long as the order has not shipped from the warehouse. If the order has not left the warehouse we will cancel immediately and issue a refund. However if the order has left the warehouse then it is not possible to cancel the order. To cancel an order you need to contact us by email at customerservice@baszicare.com

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

You must notify baszicare of any damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to provide such notice constitutes a declaration that the product you received is free of any defect and you have no grounds for a claim.

For returning damaged products, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged product. We try to process these kinds of returns within 5 business days of receiving the damaged product. When the damaged product is received we will ship the customer a new product. In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided.
