INFORMATION REGARDING CHANGES IN POLICY

From time to time our policies may change without prior notice. It is advised that the customer check this page to understand baszicare’s most up-to-date policies. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they read and fully understand any updated policies on this page.

This page contains information regarding returns and refunds. Please read this information carefully as customers seeking returns or refunds may be required to submit documentation in a timely manner. Information that is not submitted by the customer in a timely manner may not be eligible for return or refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with this information. baszicare is not responsible for propagating the information contained on this page. Please read the information on this page before placing an order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed on the baszicare.com website are shipped within 1 to 2 business days once received. All customer orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Tracking numbers are provided via email when the courier picks up the order. Signatures are required for all deliveries.

RETURNS

Returned product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging. Product(s) opened and used are not accepted for return.

Only products purchased on the baszicare.com website are eligible for return.

When your order arrives please inspect the shipping box for damage that may have happened during shipment. If damage occurred to your product during shipment contact us immediately at customerservice@baszicare.com and provide photos of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged product for inspection by the courier.

If the request for return is approved we will issue an RMA number and email the customer all relevant details. Please note that refunds are not issued for damaged products or opened/used products.

We try to process returns within 5 business days of receiving the damaged product. When the damaged product is received we will ship the customer a new product.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided.

REFUNDS

In the event a customer believes their skin has reacted to an ingredient in a baszicare product the customer must contact us immediately by email (customerservice@baszicare.com) with photos of the affected skin area within 7 days of receiving their order. We will evaluate each claim on a case by case basis. If the request for refund is approved we will begin the process, but the customer must allow at least 10 business days for a refund.

Before purchasing any baszicare products on baszicare.com, we strongly recommend customers first review the ingredients of each product on the baszicare.com website to see if their skin may be affected by any ingredient.
